Working in our Operations team you will manage the widest available range of ISAs and SIPPs.  

The Role

As Investment Admin Associate you will work within the Asset Transfers Team to assist with the day to day processing of account transfers internally and externally, ensuring internal SLA’s are kept to.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaising with transfer managers to arrange acquisition of funds.
  • Processing account transfers to other providers.
  • Ensuring that transfers are chased in a timely and effective manner.
  • Processing specie transfers in and out.
  • Liaising with fund managers in order to complete specie transfers in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience required

  • At least 6-12 months experience in a similar administration based role in the Wealth Management industry.
  • An understanding of the products offered by Parmenion – ISAs and SIPPs mainly. An understanding of the regulations involved with these accounts would be very beneficial.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an organised manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-reliant and a good problem solver.
